What the academy holds, why, and who can see the record of a certificate it issued.

1. What the academy holds

  • Your account, if you sign in: the name and email on your Ojas account, which the other Ojas sites share.
  • Enrolment and certificate records: for a learner enrolled in an Ojas Academy programme, their contact details (name, email and phone), their progress, and any certificate issued when they complete it.
  • Technical data: your IP address and request logs, used for security and to estimate the city the calendar strip at the top of each page reads for. A city you choose there is kept in a cookie.
  • Page views, through the analytics the site may load.

Enrolment is not open yet, and this site takes no payment.

2. Certificate verification

Every certificate the academy issues carries a verification code. Anyone who has the code can see, on the verification page, the name, programme, dates and standing recorded for that certificate — so share a code only with someone you want to be able to check it.

3. How it is used

To sign you in, to keep certificate records and answer verification checks, to keep the site secure, and to show the calendar for your city. We do not sell personal data.

4. Security

Pages and requests to the academy's services are served over HTTPS. Inside Ojas, an organisation's enrolment and certificate records are visible only to that organisation.
